Fix 1 (highest impact) — Hero: name the outcome with a mechanism, not a slogan

Before:

“Turn clicks into revenue” / “Dub is the modern link attribution platform for short links, conversion tracking, and affiliate programs.”

Why: “Turn clicks into revenue” fits any analytics tool, and the subline lists three products at once. The concrete promise appears only later: “From first click to conversion, understand exactly how your marketing drives revenue.”

After:

“See which link made the sale.” / “Branded short links that track every click through to the paid invoice — plus affiliate payouts in the same dashboard.”

Fix 2 — CTA: split self-serve and sales by visitor, with a risk-reducer

Before: the page shows “Start for free” and “Get a demo” side by side twice, plus “Sign up” in the nav, with no hint of who each path is for.

After: “Start free — create your first link” as primary, and “Get a demo (affiliate programs & enterprise)” as secondary, so a solo marketer and a partner manager each see their path.

Fix 3 — Offer: move the proof numbers into the hero

Before: the scale claim sits near the bottom — “Join 100,000+ customers” and “hundreds of millions of links & events monthly” — while the hero carries none.

After (one line under the hero CTA):

“100,000+ customers · hundreds of millions of links & events tracked monthly.”

Metric hypothesis

If Fix 1 + 3 ship, hero “Start for free” click-through should rise, because the visitor sees a concrete outcome (link → sale) and a scale signal at the decision point. Measure for 2 weeks against the current hero; hypothesis only, no data from Dub.
